My DGT clock is not entirely standing stable on a flat surface.

To provide the maximum stability on a flat surface each DGT clock is provided with 4 rubber pads on the bottom.

Theoretically an item with 3 resting points is always standing on all 3 feet, this is why camera's stand on tripods and not on "quadpods"

Three rubber pads would cause instability for an item like a chess clock when a player is pushing the lever, that is why each DGT clock has 4 rubber pads.

Because of the large size of the clocks in rare cases one of the rubber pads does not touch the table causing the clock to wobble slightly when operated.

This can be corrected in the following way:

Extra tighten the screws on the corners that always touch the table

If necessary loosen the screws on the corners that occasionally don't touch the table.

Use a Pozidrive number 0 screwdriver for this
